Fourth Generation Co-Owner
Sean Dugan has been immersed in the glass and service industry his entire life. He has worked full time since 2015 after a successful ten-year stint at a local mutual fund firm, but his story started much earlier—sweeping floors and learning the business from the ground up at just three years old. That early exposure shaped a deep respect for craftsmanship, operations, and the day-to-day realities of running a service-based company.
Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Missouri State University and earned his MBA from Rockhurst University. His education, paired with hands-on experience, gives him a practical and strategic approach to leadership and problem-solving.
He remains actively engaged in the industry through professional affiliations, including the Shower Door Co-Op and the Professional Remodeling Collective of Kansas City, staying connected to evolving standards, best practices, and innovation within the trade.
Outside of work, Sean followed in Bob's footsteps and coached is son and daughter's youth basketball teams to multiple championships and also has coached his son's baseball and football teams since he was 4.
